*REMINDER… For all of our Gr. 6/7 Girls and Boys playing basketball for SMS this year, please purchase your SMS Black Shorts and your SMS Grey T-shirt at the front office asap. Thank you.
***Games for our Gr. 6/7 Basketball will continue with our Girls’ Games on Tuesdays and Boys’ Games on Wednesdays. Games focus on 3on3 play for now. We will move into 5on5 games next week. We will also focus on half-court games for now and in March we will move towards full-court play. Spectators are more than welcome. One set of bleachers will be extended for seating.
***We will be making teams this week in practice. I will also send a Team Fee Form home with our Athletes by the end of the week. Cost for our Basketball Program, for grades 6/7, is $15.00. Please wait for the form to be sent home before you pay. Thank you.

*Gr. 7/8 Shooting Practice for Girls and Boys… at Lunch during Activity Time
*Gr 8 Girls’ League Basketball Game @ Home vs Kalamalka has been postponed to Feb. 16th at 6:30
*Gr. 8 Boys’ League Basketball Game @ SMS vs Kalamalka #2 … 4:00 … SMS vs Kalamalka #1 … 5:30 … Double Header Night for our Boys, so come and cheer them on.
Tuesday, February 7th:
*Gr. 6/7/8 Girls’ and Boys’ SMS Volleyball Club Training Session … 7AM to 8:10AM
*Gr. 6 Girls’ and Boys’ Basketball @ Lunch, during Activity Time
*Gr. 6/7 Girls’ Basketball 3on3 Games … 2:45 to 4:15… We will warm-up and organize into teams … Games will begin at 3:20 … Spectators are welcome.
*Gr. 8 Boys’ Basketball Practice … 4:30 to 6:00
Wednesday, February 8th:
*Gr. 8 Girls’ and Gr. 7 Boys’ Basketball Practice … 7AM to 8:10AM
*Gr. 8 Badminton at Lunch … All students Welcome … Max 48 in the Gym…
*Gr. 6/7 Boys’ Basketball 3on3 Games … Warm-up from 2:40 to 3:10 … Games begin at 3:15…
