Get the cobwebs off and Get Back in the Gym Practices / Open Gym Opportunities … If you are in town and have no important plans - I strongly suggest you make the above practices/open gym times. All the good teams/programs practice and play over the break - even at the grade 8 level. So, your coaches hope to see you in the gym on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th of January…
