Today (Wednesday, Aug. 10, 2022) was our first open gym for V-Ball and we had a decent turnout. Thirteen (13) Athletes showed up - 1 Sr. Girl… 1 Gr. 10 Girl … 1 Gr. 9 Girl … 3 Gr. 8 Boys… 3 Gr. 8 Girls and 4 Gr. 7 Girls. It’s a good start to the Open Gym Opportunities in August.
I will be opening the Gym at SMS tomorrow - Thursday, August 11, from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM. Please spread the word to other athletes from all 3 SA Schools (SMS, Jackson, and Sullivan).
I will open the Gym next Wednesday as well… times TBA… so please check back.
Heading into the end of August, I will be opening the gym at SMS. Please check the Blog on a regular basis.
Reminder… TRU Volleyball Camp, in Kamloops, is from August 30 to September 2. Again, this is a great opportunity for our athletes to be coached by University Coaches and Players, and it is also a great opportunity to compete and train with other athletes from Kamloops and elsewhere. Please read the posts below for details on where to register and find more info on the TRU V-Ball Camp.
